The work focuses on giving your body renewed attention and developing new ways to help yourself.

We all know situations which interfere with our well-being and reduce our productivity and lust for life. Those situations range from physical to psychological conditions: we are dissatisfied, suffer of pressure and stress, can't relax in evenings, are irritable and nervous.

For instance, we unconsciously take the same postures in stressful situations: tense shoulders, breathing becomes shallow, movements are fast and strained. Even our thoughts, moods and our way of speaking is repeating itself.

 

This repetitive behaviour creates various forms of physical discomfort like muscle tensions, back pains, migraine, concentration problems, fatigue, anxieties.

We have learned to create this repetitive behaviour, we can also learn how to end it - that's how we can regain our vitality and energy!
